Where We Ship

Snout Society currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and P.O. boxes. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses may take longer than the estimates below.

Shipping Rates

FREE standard shipping on orders of $49 or more (before taxes) within the contiguous United States.
Orders under $49: a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Your order may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive tracking information for each package.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at shopifysnoutsociety@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address only before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
