1. Overview
This website is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Snout Society ("Snout Society," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases.

We make every effort to display products, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, colors may vary by screen, and measurements are approximate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and promotions may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and will notify you and refund any payment. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, or errors. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until your order ships.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
7. Pet Safety
Our products are designed for pets, but no pet product is indestructible. Always choose the correct size, supervise your pet when introducing a new bed or toy, and remove any item that becomes damaged or worn. Snout Society is not responsible for injury, illness, or property damage resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or use of damaged products. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition; consult your veterinarian with health concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Snout Society name and logo, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to THG GLOBAL LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, or in small claims court where you live if your claim qualifies.
